Right now I have it under the keywords, Swine Flu and H1N1. I am marketing Oxysilver as a way to prevent Swine Flu but so far, no takers. Apparently you can order Oxysilver by the case for around $800 which is crazy! Oh well, here's to a sucker born every minute.

Affliliate Marketing Made Easy
If you're new to affiliate marketing and are confused by all the affiliate marketing programs in existence today, it would be worthwhile to learn some time tested strategies from an affiliate marketing pro. There are an astounding number of, "How to" manuals for affiliate marketing but there are only a handful that are actually worth the amount of money you will pay for them.
Often people go about affiliate marketing backwards. They pick a product they, "think" will sell and then spend money on adwords trying to get people to purchase the product. However, this is probably the hardest way to sell affiliate products. The easiest way to sell affiliate products is just the opposite. Pick a hot topic in the media. Right now swine flu is off the charts in terms of search. Best of all, it is cheap to get traffic as currently not many people are bidding on the keyword. So, the next step is to find a product that is related to swine flu. It doesn't have to be DIRECTLY related but similar enough that it will pass muster with the paid search company.
The easiest way to do this is check out any health related offers from your affiliate company. Any vitamins or supplements that will boost immunity should sell well. You just need to get a little creative and the sky is the limit. As always, if you feel stumped, do what I do and just do a search to on the topic to see what others are advertising. If anything you can try copying someone else's campaign to see if there's any value in the product.

Capitalize on the Swine Flu Scare
Swine flu aka, h1n1 is all over the internet and people are searching for ways to either prevent or cure swine flu. This unleashes an amazing amount of opportunities for internet marketers. Currently I'm running some Yahoo Search Marketing campaigns that employ swine flu and h1n1 as keywords. It is amazing how cheap these keywords are relative to the amount of traffic you get.
So, what do you promote with a swine flu search? Well, for starters, give something people need to either cure or prevent swine flu. Since no affiliate I know of lets you promote a h1n1 vaccine, your best bet is to promote products that will PREVENT swine flu.
What products are these? Try vitamins, immune boosters, even resveratrol is known to boost immunity and resveratrol is still selling like hot cakes.
You can also sell health insurance quotes. You surely don't want to be stuck with swine flu without insurance do you? All kinds of affiliate companies are tripping over themselves to get you to sell their health insurance offers.
So, why delay? Get started before swine flu season ends!!!

Adwords Vs. Yahoo Search Marketing Vs. Bing
So, which is best? Yahoo, Google or Microsoft? When it comes to launching a PPC campaign, each has it's own advantages and disadvantages. Here's a breakdown of when and how to use each:
Yahoo Search Marketing:
Yahoo Search Marketing is still an underrated product and is easily overshadowed by Google Adwords, but don't take it for granted. One of the best advantages of Yahoo Search Marketing is that you can still link directly to affiliate products from your ad. This means that you don't need to create a landing page like you would in Google Adwords. Also, as a general rule, people that search using Yahoo are less sophisticated internet users. This means any ads you display on Yahoo will be new and viewed with less skepticism. This can dramatically increase conversions. A major drawback to Yahoo is of course that there is less traffic although you can make up for it with quality.

Google Adwords:
Still the king of search and a favorite for professional internet marketers. Only use Adwords if you have an established site that is known to already convert. Creating an amateur landing page just won't do. If you do have the right site and the money, your potential profits are huge. Once you make it on Adwords, there's no reason to look back.
Microsoft Ad Center:
Probably my least favorite of the 3. Traffic is the poorest and conversion rates have been terrible for me. Not many people are using Bing.com as thier search engine and those that are usually pretty savvy. You still get traffic from microsoft partner sites but their ads just don't seem to convert like Yahoo. Use this as an experiment you may get different results but it shouldn't be the first place to launch a campaign.

The Barbie Twilight Doll can make you money

What is the hottest toy for 2009? It's none other than the Twilight Barbie doll. This doll is sure to sell out well before Christmas and if you are lucky enough to get your hands on one before then, you make make lots of money selling them on ebay or craigslist. The Twilight Barbie doll can now be preorder for shipment on December 1. My advice is to purchase as many as possible. Another option would be to launch a marketing campaign using "Twilight Barbie" as your keyword for search marketing. I did this today and so far have had 102,000 impressions! I am promoting a product completely unrelated to twilight barbie and have made $55 so far today. There are endless possibilities including creating a an ad that has a link to the amazon page that sells twilight barbie using your amazon affiliate account. This is an extremely easy way to start cashing in on the twilight craze.
